摘要(Abstract)：
<正>小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)是肺癌的一种特殊类型,约占肺癌的20%。其发病原因与吸烟密切相关,主要特征表现为恶性程度高,瘤体倍增时间短,转移早而广泛,初始治疗对化疗、放疗均较敏感,缓解率高,但治疗后极易发生继发性耐药,容易复发[1,2]。迄今为止对小细胞肺癌尚没有特别有效的治疗方案,给众多学者针对具体临床诊治带来诸多困惑。虽然美国国立综合癌症网络(NCCN)对小细胞肺癌作出了相对详细的治疗指南,但通过循证医学的调查,仍有不尽如人
