经皮肺动脉瓣置入术的研究进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>经皮肺动脉瓣置入术(PPVI)是最早运用于临床的经皮瓣膜置换技术,2000年即有临床成功运用的报道[1]。但是,相对于经导管主动脉瓣置入术(TAVI),PPVI影响力较有限,发展相对缓慢,人们对之了也解较少,这是因为重度肺动脉瓣反流(PR)的患者相对较少,且与主动脉瓣反流相比PR对人体影响较缓和,故人们对PR不够重视。
