摘要(Abstract):
<正>高血压的发病与患者不健康的生活方式有关,其中体力活动及运动作为生活方式中重要的一部分,对血压具有显著的影响。多项流行病学调查发现,体力活动水平与血压呈负相关。体力活动水平越高,血压越能维持在较佳的状态;体力活动水平越低,血压水平越高,发生高血压的危险性越高。1体力活动水平与高血压张雷等[1]对北京市城郊结合部的19 003位18~76岁的居民进行的横断面研究发现,体力活动少的居民,高血压患病率高;体力活动处于活跃
