肺动脉瓣感染性心内膜炎致肺栓塞1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1病例报告女性,37岁,因"持续发热2周"入院。两周前出现咳嗽、咳痰伴发热,体温波动于38～40℃之间,夜间和清晨最高,胸片显示双肺纹理增粗。在当地医院诊断为"急性支气管炎",给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠静脉输液治疗,1周后咳嗽、咳痰缓解,但体温无明显下降。患者既往体健,长期从事手工捕蟹工作,体表皮肤经常被夹伤。发
