摘要(Abstract)：

<正>阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)的发病机制十分复杂,半个世纪以来,随着AD临床和病理研究的深入以及其诊断标准的不断完善[1-6],国际上针对其治疗的研究也越来越多,但迄今AD的治疗仍是难点。解析国际上在大量临床研究基础上所做出的新近治疗指南,对目前更好地治疗痴呆,并让患者最大程度获益有着重要的指导作用。
