2013国际胃食管反流病诊断和管理指南解读

摘要(Abstract)：
AmJ Gastroenterol杂志于2013年2月发布了最新的胃食管反流病诊疗指南,这是继2006年"胃食管反流病的蒙特利尔定义和分类—基于循证医学的全球共识"之后该杂志首次对胃食管反流病的诊疗理念进行的一次全面、系统的更新,内容较前更为丰富。本文除了介绍2013版诊疗指南的结论及主要支持证据外,还会将新旧版意见进行对比分析,帮助读者加深理解认识。由于篇幅限制,解读不尽之处请参阅原文。
