摘要(Abstract):
<正>反射式共聚焦显微镜(reflectance confocal micro scopy,RCM)是基于光学共聚焦原理的皮肤在体扫描装置,可在细胞水平上对皮肤进行无创、实时、动态成像,其分辨率近似于组织学病理。RCM在皮肤科应用广泛,是目前常用的皮肤影像学诊断技术,最初主要用于肿瘤性皮肤病的早期辅助诊断,现广泛应用于炎症性皮肤病、色素异常性皮肤病等
