摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着起搏器及心脏再同步化治疗在临床的广泛应用,越来越多的心律失常及心功能不全患者从中获益,大大改善了患者的预后、延长了生存期。2013年欧洲心律学会/欧洲心脏病学会(EHRA/ESC)心脏起搏器和心脏再同步治疗指南[1]的公布标志着国际上对该领域的理念和治疗原则又一次大的更新,本文将对此作简要阐述。
