摘要(Abstract):
非编码小RNA分子—microRNA在冠状动脉粥样硬化的发病过程中对基因的转录后调控发挥重要作用。microRNA通过对内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、巨噬细胞和单核细胞等相关细胞功能和形态的调控,通过影响脂质代谢途径、慢性炎性反应过程及对血小板的活化和聚集,参与冠状动脉粥样硬化的发病过程。对microRNA在冠状动脉粥样硬化发病过程中的作用机制的研究,为疾病的研究提供了新的思路,并为以后冠状动脉粥样硬化疾病及其他心血管疾病的治疗提供了理论基础。
