摘要(Abstract)：

成纤维细胞生长因子21(fibroblast growth factor 21,FGF21)是一种主要由肝脏合成分泌的内分泌激素,既往研究提示其在人体糖、脂肪与能量代谢中发挥重要调节作用。酒精性肝病是危害人类健康的主要肝脏疾病之一。近年来研究提示FGF21在酒精性肝病致病过程中发挥多种保护作用。FGF21不仅可以下调机体饮酒欲望,改善肝脏脂肪变、肝脏炎症及纤维化,还可在肝癌的发生中发挥一定保护作用。目前,FGF21用于糖尿病与代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床试验正在进行中,FGF21作为酒精性肝病的治疗靶点值得深入研究。
