经桡动脉处理左主干钙化病变并成功收回脱载支架1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1病例报告患者,男性,84岁,主诉"阵发胸痛3年余,加重2周"。3年前开始活动或情绪激动时阵发胸痛,每次持续3~5分钟,含服硝酸甘油可缓解。近2周病情加重,休息时也频发胸痛,每次持续时间10~20分钟,当地医院给予积极药物治疗效果欠佳。既往有陈旧性下壁心肌梗死病史8年。体格检查:体温36.8℃,脉搏71次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压134/70 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)。
