<正>2013年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)发布了稳定性冠状动脉疾病(stable coronary artery disease,SCAD)的管理指南(management guideline)(以下简称2013版指南)[1],这一指南可以看作是2006年稳定性心绞痛管理指南[2]的更新,时隔7年2013版指南涵盖了相当一部分全新的内容。首先从名称就可发现2013版指南所针对的是SCAD,而不仅局限于稳定性心绞痛。在这一版指南中"SCAD"包含了
