2012欧洲ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者管理指南解读

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>在2012年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)会议上,ESC公布了新版的"ST段抬高急性心肌梗死(STEMI)患者管理指南~[1]("以下简称"新版指南")。与2008年版指南~[2]相比,新版指南依据近几年来新的循证医学证据,在急诊处理、再灌注治疗、抗栓治疗等多方面做出了重要修订。本文将从临床实践及相关循证研究对新版指南推荐进行解读。
