<正>患者,男性,60岁,农民。面颈部、双手背红斑、斑块伴瘙痒7年,加重3年。7年前春季始,面部及颈前"V"区出现小片红斑,其上散在红色丘疱疹伴轻度渗出,自觉瘙痒剧烈。予口服"抗组胺药"及局部外用"糖皮质类固醇激素"后皮损渐消退。后每年春夏季病情反复,日晒后皮损加重,秋冬皮
