动脉粥样硬化斑块无创性超声检测方法

摘要(Abstract):
<正>动脉粥样硬化易损斑块破裂和血栓形成是急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)的主要发病机制。易损斑块是指易于形成血栓或可能迅速进展为罪犯病变的斑块。随着近年来动脉粥样硬化治疗的新观点重新强调动脉粥样硬化是一种全身性疾病,早期诊断和治疗对于防治心血管病事件具有重要的意义。无创高频超声检查和分析动脉粥样硬化斑块的方法显示出其诊断的优越性。
