摘要(Abstract)：

<正>妊娠糖尿病是妊娠过程中最常见的医学并发症之一。尽管最近的一些大型研究已经探讨过这些问题,但围绕妊娠糖尿病诊断与治疗的争议仍在持续。本文的目的在于:①简要概述妊娠糖尿病;②提供已经由适当的临床研究证实的管理准则;③指出当前关于妊娠糖尿病知识中的空白,以引导未来的研究。
