摘要(Abstract)：

<正>2013年3月美国国立综合癌症网络(NCCN)发布了2013.V1《NCCN胃癌临床实践指南》(以下简称指南),在1个月之后又发布了V2版指南,相对于V1版指南,V2版指南仅仅在版面上做了一些修改,增加了讨论部分的目录。在内容上,2013.V2版指南与2012.V2版指南相比,在胃癌的诊断及治疗等方面进行了重要更新。1概述胃癌在全世界很多国家中的发病率都很高。在日本,胃癌仍旧是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤。中国每年都有较其他国家更多的新发胃癌病例。不过,在二次世
