摘要(Abstract)：

<正>随着世界范围内1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)发病率的增加,其相关预防研究得到越来越多研究者的重视。T1DM的三级预防主要根据T1DM的自然病程制定。一级预防是通过控制各种危险因素、中止自身免疫的启动以预防T1DM的发生、降低T1DM的发病率;二级预防是通过阻止患者自身免疫介导的β细胞损害的进展
