摘要(Abstract)：

<正>2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的发病率正在全球快速增加,并预计在2030年成为全球最严重的代谢疾病。高血压是T2DM常见的严重并发症,也是代谢综合征的一个组成部分。最近的一项研究发现,在美国超过63%的T2DM患者血压(BP)水平≥130/80mm Hg,合并高血压也大大增加了T2DM患者的心血管疾病和总死亡率的风险
