摘要(Abstract)：

我们报道1例青年外伤性心肌梗死患者7年的自然病程,冠状动脉造影正常,但左心室明显扩大,收缩功能显著下降。该病例对于指导我们今后对外伤性心肌梗死的诊治具有重要的参考价值。尽管外伤性冠状动脉损伤存在自愈可能,但早期血运重建有助于预防心肌重构。
