抗菌药物合理使用临床策略与实施策略的刍议

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1目前推行和提倡的抗菌药物使用临床策略1.1目前推行的临床策略药物临床应用的最初一步是处方/医嘱。按MacDougall的意见,针对这一过程(患者评估、药物选择、处方/医嘱和调配)设计的管理策略或办法主要有教育培训/制订指南、处方集/限制、处方点评/反馈等[1]。这也就是目前我国推行抗菌药物管理的主要措施和办法。
