中国动态血糖监测临床应用指南(2012年版)
摘要(Abstract):
<正>1背景血糖监测是糖尿病管理中的重要组成部分,血糖监测的结果有助于评估糖尿病患者糖代谢紊乱的程度,制定降糖方案,同时反映降糖治疗的效果并指导对治疗方案的调整[1]。患者进行自我血糖监测(SMBG)是血糖监测的基本形式,而糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)是反映长期血糖控制水平的金标准。但无论是HbA1c还是SMBG,自身都存在一定的局限性。HbA1c反映的是过去2~3个月的平均
