摘要(Abstract)：

<正>我国流行病学资料显示,心脑血管疾病尤其是脑卒中已成为我国重大公共卫生问题~[1,2],其早期预防和危险因素控制刻不容缓。而在导致脑卒中发生的可控因素中,高血压和高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyper homocysteine,HHcy)位居前列,二者在导致脑卒中发生上具有协同作用。而H型高血压是指合并血浆同型半胱氨酸升高(Hcy≥10μmol/L)的高血压
