<正>新近,欧洲心脏病学会(the European Society of Cardiology,ESC)和欧洲心胸外科学会(the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery,EACTS)联合颁发了2012年版的瓣膜性心脏病(valvular heart disease,VHD)处理指南~[1]。2007年,ESC已颁发VHD处理指南~[2]。时隔5年,ESC联合EACTS再次颁发VHD处理指南
