摘要(Abstract)：

<正>早在18世纪中叶,人们就发现血压是随时间推移不断变化的,并非一成不变。即使相邻两次心脏搏动之间,血压也存在一定差异。1948年Hammarstrom等~[1]首次提出血压变异性(blood pressure variablity,BPV)概念,定义为血压在一段时间内的波动程度。随着高血压研究的不断深入,BPV越来越受到人们的关注和重视,已成为高血压领域的热点话题之一。
