补充叶酸降低脑卒中风险的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
脑卒中是全球危害最大的疾病之一,高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomo cysteine,HHcy)是近年来继高血压、高血脂等传统脑卒中危险因素之后新提出的又一独立危险因素,补充叶酸能降低血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度,从而降低脑卒中发生风险。本文系统阐述了通过补充叶酸来降低脑卒中风险的合理性、临床有效性及安全性。
