摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1前言近期Lancet杂志发表的荟萃分析包括了273项全球基因研究数据库[具有同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)值的患者59995例、卒中事件20885例]和13项降低Hcy与脑卒中风险的随机临床试验数据库[45549例,卒中事件2314例,短暂性脑缺血(transient ischemic attack,TIA)269例][1]。荟萃分析结果表明
