摘要(Abstract)：

<正>全世界约有3.5亿乙型肝炎表面抗原携带者,其中0.6亿人最终可能死于肝癌,而0.45亿人最终可能死于肝硬化。据估计每年约有100万人死于慢性乙型肝炎及其并发症。台湾自从民国73年开始施行新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗注射后,成果良好,学龄前儿童之带原率已由疫苗接种前的10%,大幅降低到目前的<1%,同时儿童肝癌的年发生率亦有显著下降。但在成年人之中仍有5%~20%是乙
