摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1范围本规范制定了胃癌(包括食管胃交界癌)的诊断依据、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗原则和治疗方案。本标准主要适用于农村重大疾病医疗保障工作定点医院对胃癌的诊断和治疗。2术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本指南。早期胃癌(early gastric cancer,EGC):是指病变局限于黏膜或黏膜下层,不论有无淋巴结转移的胃癌,在肉眼下大体类型分为隆起型(Ⅰ型)、浅表型(Ⅱ型)、凹陷型(Ⅲ型)和混合型。3缩略语下列缩略语适用于本指南。CEA:(carcinoembryonic antigen)癌胚抗原4诊治流程图(见图1)5诊断依据
