8-异前列腺素F2α在波动性高血糖状态下与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究Association study for 8-iso prostaglandin F2α level and diabetic nephropathy in fluctuant high blood glucoes

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察8-异前列腺素F2α(8-isoprostaglandin F2α,8-isoPGF2α)水平在波动性高血糖状态下与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法入选60例血糖正常者为对照组(N)、60例高血糖者为稳定性高血糖组(D)和60例血糖波动者为波动性高血糖组(F)。采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)评价3组受试者24小时平均血糖(MBG)水平,采用生化分析仪检测3组空腹胰岛素、C肽及血肌酐,免疫散射比浊法测定尿微量白蛋白(UMA),采用酶免疫分析法测定8-iso PGF2α水平。结果与D组比较:F组空腹胰岛素、C肽明显低于D组(均P<0.05),血肌酐、UMA、8-iso PGF2α均高于D组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论波动性高血糖比稳定性高血糖更能加速糖尿病肾病的发生。
