难治性高血压的治疗进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>高血压的控制一直是目前关注的重要问题,血压的控制不良将会导致器官损害和临床心脑血管事件。由于高血压患者基数庞大所以难治性高血压(resistant hypertension,RH)在临床很常见,约占高血压的20%～30%,也是临床工作中比较棘手的问题。对此了解RH的病因以及诊断流程和治疗规范,是提高血压达标率的关键。
