肾肿瘤组织中T细胞亚群表达水平与病理参数的相关性分析Correlation between T cell subset expression and pathological parameters in renal tumor tissue

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨肾肿瘤患者肿瘤微环境中T细胞亚群与其病理参数的相关性。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月本院收治的84例行择期手术治疗的肾肿瘤患者,检测肿瘤组织中不同T细胞亚群的表达水平,并对其表达水平与病理分期及相关参数间的相关性进行分析。结果随着临床分期的增加CD4+T细胞和调节性T细胞占比呈上升趋势(均P <0.05),而CD8+T细胞占比则显著降低(P <0.05)。调节性T细胞在高、中、低分化患者中占比逐渐升高(P=0.02)。合并淋巴结转移的患者CD4+T细胞和调节性T细胞表达水平升高(P <0.05),而CD8+T细胞表达水平降低(P <0.05)。结论肿瘤组织中T细胞亚群表达水平失衡与肿瘤细胞的分化、分期和转移相关,调节T细胞亚群表达水平或可改善患者临床预后。
