摘要(Abstract)：

<正>妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)是一种严重的妊娠期并发症,是导致围产儿病死率升高的主要原因之一。其发生有明显的地域和种族差异,目前,我国无确切的ICP流行病学资料,迄今国际上尚无有关ICP的一致诊治意见,也缺乏基于循证医学并适合于我国的诊治指南。为此,中华医学会妇产科学分会产科学组组织国内有关专家,制定了"妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症诊疗指南(第1版)"。本指南旨在帮助临床医
