摘要(Abstract):
<正>1肾动脉交感神经射频消融术(RDN)关于RDN,2013年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)年会上有3个专场讨论。来自澳大利亚肾脏病实验室Schlaich教授介绍了RDN的病理生理基础;Henry Krum介绍了RDN的历程及HTN-1研究36个月的随访结果,欧洲RDN真实世界的研究;Michael B hm介绍了全球超过200个中心参与的GLOBAL SYMPLICITY RDN登记研究;德国教授Mahfound对RDN降压以外的进展进行了展望。与会者就下列问题展开讨论。
