高盐饮食对子痫前期大鼠动脉血管舒张功能的影响Effect of high-salt diet to arterial vasodilation in preeclampsia rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的使用高分辨超声血流介导的血管舒张功能(flow-mediated dilation,FMD)评价高盐饮食对子痫前期大鼠内皮功能的影响,为指导子痫前期孕妇合理膳食提供科学依据。方法将18只Sprague Dawley(SD)雌性大鼠随机分为高盐饮食(high-salt diet,HS)组和正常盐饮食(normal-salt diet,NS)组,每组各9只,分别给予高盐饮食和正常盐饮食。8周后受孕,自妊娠第9天起每日在大鼠颈背部皮下注射左旋硝基精氨酸甲酯(NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester,L-NAME),直至妊娠第19天建立子痫前期大鼠模型。测量大鼠基线、第4周、第8周、妊娠第8天及妊娠第19天的血压和24 h尿蛋白水平。在妊娠第19天使用高分辨率小动物超声实时分子影像系统检测大鼠股动脉FMD。结果两组大鼠的终末体重无显著差异(t=-1.65,P=0.12);HS组大鼠的收缩压、平均动脉压及24 h尿蛋白水平均显著高于NS组(F_(收缩压)=96.86,P <0.01;F_(平均动脉压)=47.75,P <0.01;F_(24h尿蛋白)=56.54,P <0.01)。两组大鼠的FMD均于300 s时达到峰值,HS组大鼠股动脉FMD峰值显著低于NS组(F=175.35,P <0.01)。结论高盐饮食大鼠股动脉血管舒张功能降低,提示高盐饮食可能对子痫前期内皮功能损害更大。
