SIRT1在心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
SIRT1是酵母菌沉默信息调节因子2的同源基因,其主要通过对组蛋白及多种非组蛋白发挥去乙酰化作用,参与调节糖脂代谢、细胞周期调控、抑制炎症及氧化应激损伤等生理病理过程,与许多心血管疾病如动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病心肌病、心肌缺血等的发生发展密切相关。本文主要对SIRT1的基本特征、主要生理作用及其在心血管疾病发生发展中的作用及机制做一综述。
