摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者的立体视空间功能。方法应用虚拟立体空间测试的方法分别对PD患者和正常对照组进行检测。结果在远一位置左侧肢体起病的PD(LPD)患者(90.31±9.12)与正常对照(97.66±1.92)相比存在明显缺陷,差异具有显著性(P=0.047),且这种障碍与PD的严重侧、运动症状、性别、年龄、受教育程度、认知、情绪心理等无明确相关性。结论本组LPD患者存在径向视空间忽视。
